He showed us the style truck that we were looking for got us the keys and let us drive and discuss the options. Mr Larkey showed us what the numbers were for making a deal then we were done . We didn’t have to wait that long and the staff treated us with dignity and respect. We also wanted to purchase some WeatherTech Floormats and the salesmen was very knowledgeable and showed us some original equipment ones which we chose to purchase instead so we were definitely impressed with the fact that they actually knew what they were talking about instead of pretending like they did

Unable to repair thermostat on new Blaser purchased april 3. Car malfunctioned may 3rd. Took car in to fix, told to bring back 9 days later for apt on may 13. Told sorry can’t fix cause we thought it was a v6, but its a v4. We will call you when part is in. No call so far or eta.

We received a thorough walk around of the vehicle’s features. We were even set up on the GMC app, OnStar and Sirius before we left the dealership. By far the best dealership experience ever!

I was first met with Russell when I arrived the first time. I was still trying to figure out what options were available on the Yukon Elevation. Russell provided clear explanations on options different vehicles. I did ask to see what they had on the lot. I did take a test drive and that really helped me with my decision. I spent the next couple of days looking at other vehicles. I probably could have found another Yukon that was less expensive but end of the day, I wanted to buy locally and felt like they were transparent with the deal we agreed on.

The salesman was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I know it is sometimes difficult in dealing with senior citizens - we hear and react slowly! Had the pico test on my 24 TrailBoss all passed. Received my extended warranty and the oil is now 0w-40 with a new oil cap. Service was about an hour and everyone is very nice.

The staff was so kind and made sure that while my vehicle was being worked on that they had me in an appropriately sized loaner that I was able to fit all of my book nerd friends into. Even when I accidentally forgot a bag of dog food in the loaner, I retrieved it the next day and was even given help putting it in my vehicle. We love Bowen’s!
