Power
The Colorado runs on a TurboMax engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission. This combo achieves an incredible 310 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 430 lb.-ft. of torque at 3000 rpm. The 8-speed automatic transmission is electronically controlled with overdrive and comes with Tow/Haul mode, powertrain grade braking, and cruise grade braking.
Exterior
The Chevrolet Colorado is a mid-size pickup with 17-inch, ultra-silver metallic steel wheels, all-season blackwall tires, and a CornerStep rear bumper. The Colorado has automatic halogen headlamps that turn on and off without intervention based on your surroundings, cab-mounted cargo area lamps for nighttime work projects, and IntelliBeam auto high beams that dim when they detect an oncoming vehicle.
The 2025 Colorado comes in striking colors like Reef Blue Metallic, Harvest Bronze Metallic, and Radiant Red Tintcoat. The door handles, tailgate handle, mirror caps, and beltline moldings are all black, acting as bold accents on your truck’s exterior.
Interior
The new Chevrolet Colorado has seating for up to five passengers with plenty of head and leg room to spare. There’s a 6-way driver seat and a 4-way manual front passenger seat, both with forward/back and up/down adjustments. The rear bench is a 60/40 split with seat bottoms that fold upward for more cargo room.
Standard interior features in the new Colorado include a front center console with covered storage, dual cupholders, and USB ports. The 11-inch driver information center is fully reconfigurable, while the cruise control function maintains your pre-selected speed so you can relax more as you drive. Other cabin features include power windows, power door locks, and a rear window defogger.
Connectivity
The 2025 Colorado has an 11.3-inch LCD touchscreen with Google built-in, SiriusXM satellite radio, and wireless smartphone connectivity. Google built-in comes with your favorite Google features, including Maps, Assistant, Gmail, and Play. SiriusXM offers hundreds of music, sports, and news stations, while Apple CarPlay and Android Auto sync your phone to your truck for hands-free phone calls and texting.

Safety features of the 2025 Colorado include an exclusive safety package with Rear Cross Traffic Braking, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and Rear Park Assist. The Colorado also has Chevy Safety Assist, which includes functions like Following Distance Indicator, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning.
